We offer a 30 day free return period on all new items. We want our customers to be happy and returns to be easy. We only request that the item is in its original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received it. After an email, we will reply with a pre-paid shipping label.
If you would like to return a product, please email it to:

If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund right away.
If the item exceeds the 30 day return limit, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We are nice people and always willing to help and make you happy so don't hesitate to get in touch. We understand there will always be unique situations and we are more than willing to help out.
If a part or tool breaks after usage, refer to the *Replacement Policy* to see if you're eligible for a free replacement.
RedSide Custom Tools offers free replacement for parts and tools based on the given situation. If the product bought from RedSide breaks* within 7 days of the customer's date of shipment delivery, the customer can apply for a replacement.
To do so, email pictures of the broken part to:
Subject: Order #number and product_name | Replacement
Body: "Request for replacement of product_name in order #number" *Attach Pictures*
If no pictures are attached, the replacement will not be approved. If time of occurrence is within the specified range and pictures are valid, RedSide Custom Tools will happily send you an exact replacement of the product completely free of charge.
*A tool or part is defined as broken when the overall damage compromises the part's functionality.
